- Responsible to set up & lead projects to increase efficiency in any areas, gather & report KPI* data such as productivity, machine & process.
- Define targets & measures for productivity / efficiency projects within production areas. Set up of performance increasing projects (OEE* & OOE*/SLI*,lean manufacturing, MED*....).
- Support implementation of defined IE measures. Gathering & reporting of defined KPI* data. Training of production staff on lean manufacturing method & concepts.
- Project work with head of production / head of business units / shift leaders.
- Interaction with IT (EDV) department for any reporting / basic data applications.
- Project based Interaction with external suppliers.
- Teamwork within the projects & the IE team.

Requirements:- Degree in engineering discipline (Industrial Engineering ,chemical, electrical, mechanical, materials engineering, or other related areas).
- Fresh graduates applicable, working experience as advantage.
- Computer literate and possess the principle understanding of industrial engineering basics,
- Lean manufacturing basics & elimination of waste – knowledge of advantage
- Willing to work in Kamunting-Taiping, Perak.
