Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage resources to achieve production target, quality, yield, output, and cost goals. Liaise with Production on datelines to fulfill customers requirement every time.
• To lead, train and motivate a team of subordinates to achieve the departmental targets.
• To carry out the improvement project.
• Responsible for the daily production activities.
• Manage the performance, motivation, and satisfaction of the Production team and processes to ensure key quality, output, and efficiency.

Requirements:

• SPM, Certificate or Diploma in any discipline or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Willing to work shifts and long hours.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Malaysian citizens only.
